About
About Home Care Lauderhill
Trained aides, working in private homes — and a written record of what happened in them. Here is what stands behind both halves of that.
What this is
Home Care Lauderhill arranges non-medical care in private homes throughout central Broward — help washing and dressing, company, safe movement around the house, meals cooked on site, and the upkeep a house needs to stay livable. No visit goes in the diary without a written plan standing behind it.
We run no premises and provide no clinical nursing. Where a need turns clinical, we name it and step back. Holding that boundary is precisely why everything short of it can be relied on.
How it is run
Training, documented
Aides meet Florida's training standard before taking a plan, and the documenting, refreshing and signing off of that training is itself checked — not simply asserted on a homepage.
Planning before doing
A plan written in the house, from what somebody saw, rather than from what was described down a telephone.
Supervision with teeth
A named person reads the shift records and acts on them. Records nobody reads are worse than no records, because they look like diligence.
Money settled first
Rate, minimum booking and everything inside it, settled before care begins — with hours able to rise or fall as things change.
Ask us what you would ask anyone
Who supervises the aides. What happens if the aide assigned turns out to be a poor fit. What a realistic week comes to. An agency worth hiring will answer all three straight.
